Are you looking for a used honda?
Q: Where can I sell my used Honda Ridgleline trailer hitch to?
I want to sell my Honda Ridgeline trailer hitch but I don’t want to ship it because it costs way too much. I was wondering if there was a website that would buy used car parts or if any one knows if a body shop would possibly buy it? Thanks
A: put it on craigslist as it’s free and make the buyer pay the shipping.
Q: What kind of used Honda Civic Sedan could I get for 4-5K?
Hi,
I’m looking for a Honda Civic Sedan for 4-5K from a dealer. For those of you out there familiar with these cars, what kind of year/mileage should I look for? I only use a car for light errands (drive only about 2k miles a year) but I would like something reliable enough to get on the highway with. BTW I do have a trade in (‘99 Sebring convertible) but I don’t expect much for it.
A: You could get a 96-00 EX sedan for your price range. The miles is going to be a bit over 100k miles of course. I got my 1999 civic ex sedan with 68k mile for 6900. Good luck
Q: Is it preferred to have extended warranty or certiification if the original is expired on used Honda vehicle?
I’m going to buy a used Honda Civic 2003 from a personal owner whose factory warranty is already expired. I’m going with the auto loan from my local bank regarding payment for this vehicle. Do you recommend me to certify the vehicle through the dealer (if they do) otherwise purchase extended warranty although I’ll be taking comprehensive insurance through the insurance company?
A: Warranty and comprehensive insurance are two completely different instruments. Warranty is to protect against malfunction, eg. your transmission fails and you need a $3000 repair job to get the car to run again.
Comprehensive insurance is to pay you the fair market value of your vehicle if it were to be damaged, say by a fire.
Extended warranty from the manufacturer is generally only available on soon after you purchase a new car. Look closely at the terms and cost of the dealer warranty. If it’s only valid at the specific dealer, and you move or you have a problem elsewhere, the warranty isn’t very useful.
Also warranties are areas where dealers have a pretty high mark up, so you want to make sure what you get is competitively priced.
Q: Where is the best place in the traingle area of north carolina to buy a used honda accord ?
I want a used honda accord in great shape but not so pricey
A: Go on the internet to Auto Trader.Com and follow the prompts…it will ask you the model, year and zip code you live in…..and show you what is available……tip to rememer – Japanese cars are very, very expensive to repair….aftermarket parts stores cannot get parts for most of those cars – they have to get them from the dealers at sky high prices….beware before you buy!!!!!!
Q: how do i get a new clicker for my used Honda?
I am buying a used Honda, it is supposed to come with a “clicker” -you know the thing that locks and unlocks your door. well, mine doesn’t have one, how do i go about getting a new one? any help would be apperciated.
A: The clicker is called a Key Fob and you should be able to order it at any Honda Dealer.
Q: How much do u think i can buy a used honda civic?
Used 98, 99, 2000 model honda civic SI for?
or a EX.
2 door also
STick transmission
A: $1,500-$4,000 depending on condition
Q: should i buy a used honda civic or a brand new one?
i am want to buy a Honda civic and i just wanted to know what should i buy a brand new civic or a used one 06,07 or a new one. which is a b better deal and how much should i spend on it.
A: I would say that all depends on what you can find for a used Civic. The good thing about honda is they have a very high resale value so unless you can find something used thats at least $3000 under book price I say just go for a new one. Also when you figure that loan rates are almost always lower on new cars, it can be cheaper to buy a new car after you figure in financing charges.
Q: Where should I look for a used Honda (06-09) in Houston?
I’m on a budget and I have a decent amount saved. Whats the best place to look for used Honda as far as pricing and not ripping you off?
I’m on a budget and I have a decent amount saved. Whats the best place to look for used Honda Civic DX as far as pricing and not ripping you off?
A: If you want to save money look in autotrader.com or craigslist.com. Honda dealers will have some of those cars but they will charge a lot of money. You will get the best prices from private parties or smaller dealer.

Q: where is it best to buy a used honda civic?

thanks
also is there any year i shold stay away from
A: I’m quite familiar with Hondas. In that price range, you are looking at a 2000 Civic model for about 6k or a 2001 model for about 7k. That is a fair price. You could probably even talk a private party down a little, but make sure you get it checked at a dealership before you buy. I wouldn’t get one with over about 80,000 miles on it. Civics are so common, that you can get a low mileage one. Don’t let someone talk you into paying full price for a high mileage car. Keep in mind that Honda changed the Civic body style in 2001, so it might be your benefit to go with an ‘01 as opposed to a ‘00, because it is the newer model. People will see it as a newer, more desireable car. Check out both though, because you may actually prefer the look of the ‘00 body style. In ‘00, Honda came out with a real nice looking SI model, most were in a snazzy blue or red color. They are hard to find and command a little more money though. As for Honda dealerships, they would be the best as far as knowing they thoroughly checked and maintained the car, but they will try to stick the price to you. It’s great if you can get a fair price. If their cars are not flying off the lot, they may accept the prices I quoted above. It is not what I would consider a good or bad deal, so it would be fair if you could get one there for that kind of price. As for independent dealers, make sure it’s reputable and does not deal with salvaged cars or other junkers. Given the age of the car, it is common for them to end up at an independent lot, because most dealerships just wholesale those cars. But some independent dealers pick up the cheapest thing they can get and not do a thing to it, but still jack up the price. Other independent dealers just get low cost, quality, trade in cars & check them out. I would take it to a Honda dealership for an inspection just like you would with a private party. Online, you can check autotrader.com. They are my favorite. You can put in lots of search criteria. Remember, most people will put a higher price than what they will accept, so you can put a broader price range in as a search. Independent dealers list there, too. Check your local paper, and check your local Honda dealership. Let me know if you have more questions. Also, if you like the Civic, you’ll love the Prelude. You could probably get a ‘00 model or so around your price range. They are awesome, I had one. Good luck.
Q: What to look for when buying a used honda?
I’m going to look at a 1993 Honda prelude(5 speed manual with around 150k miles on it). This will be my first manual vehicle, what are somethings I should look out for? What should I look for? And what is vtec?
A: You also should compare car insurance quotes for cars before buying one, for example here – carinsurance.deep-ice.com
Q: On average, is a used Honda civic more or less expensive than a used Volkswagen beetle?
Can you also give me the benefits of each and the estimated price of each used car? Thanks
For the 2008 volkwagon beetle and 2008 Honda civic
A: On average?
What years?
A 1980 Civic compared to a 1971 Beetle?
A 2008 Civic compared to a 2008 Beetle?
1995 Civic vs 1940 Beetle?
You can’t ask for an average on something that has hundreds of variables.
As far as used prices, you didn’t specify years, trim, or anything else.
Making your question completely vague and pointless.
